Yes. We manage the entire planning process including pre-application advice, planning applications, building regulations and liaison with local authorities.
We operate on a staged payment basis aligned with project milestones. You only pay for completed and verified work.
Projects & Timelines
Extensions: 6–10 weeks. Renovations: 4–16 weeks. New builds: 6–12 months. We provide a detailed schedule at the quote stage.
Yes. Every project is assigned a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact throughout the build.
We offer a 12-month aftercare warranty on all workmanship. Extended warranties are available on request.
